The Tip95 enclosed hood system transforms your production hall into a personnel-friendly environment, where the influences of heat, moisture, noise and dust coming from the production line are minimal.
The dryer section of the machine level is covered with a closed hood, effectively allowing for the air conditions in the production hall to be managed independently of the production line. And when the lifting doors on the tending side need to be opened for maintenance, we have engineered the hood in such a way as to allow for the zero point to be at 1,5 to 2 meters, which is ideal from the ergonomics point of view.
We have also taken into account the user-friendliness of the walkways on the drive side: we have removed all of the obstacles and enabled maintenance staff to walk along the entire length of the line with no obstacles along the way. The roof itself is also stable enough to be walked on and provides easy access whenever there is a need for cleaning and maintenance of dryers, felts, or other production parts.
