HIGHEST STANDARDS PREVENTING THE DOORS FROM CLOSING BY THEMSELVES
When the production line needs to be accessed from the tending side, it is of the utmost importance that the access is easy and unencumbered.
That is why our lifting doors allow for access along the entire production line, all the way from the front to the back, with no additional columns blocking the access in between. They also sport a clear window all the way along the tending side, allowing for the production personnel to easily follow the operation of the line and quickly react if necessary.
The default access height through our lifting doors is 2,2 m, but it can be increased up to 4 m for accessing three cylinder machines.
4 safety mechanisms
The lifting doors can be lifted automatically, following a web break, or at will, whenever there is a need for an intervention. They are also more than safe – there are four safety mechanisms in place, meeting the highest international standards and preventing the doors from closing by themselves.
